This home is located on a quiet street right next to the beautiful Piddle Park. The park includes basketball courts, a stocked fishing lake, skate park, tennis courts, and even a playground. We're a quick 10-minute drive to the Ark Encounter and close proximity to grocery stores, wedding venues, and restaurants. An ideal stay for large groups or families featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, private backyard and 2 open concept living spaces with plenty of room to entertain and reconnect. With a playground, baseball field, and Lakefront right at your backdoor this stay is bound to be one you'll want to take again!
The Space:
Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fully stocked and beautifully renovated kitchen, and not just 1 but 2 spacious entertainment spaces! Sleeping 14 guests comfortably, this home was created with large families in mind!
Featuring key-less entry, wifi, multiple Smart TVs, cable, private fenced-in backyard, and a close proximity to park lake, playground and baseball field.
Parking is no problem, with a driveway large enough for 4 to 5 vehicles.

Upon entering the home, via keyless entry, you'll step into our first open concept living room overlooking a beauitfully renovated kitchen/dinning space with plenty of seating. Bright and modern, this freshly remodeled kitchen features all white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Down the hall you will find Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 along with an updated full size bath.
Downstairs you'll enter our second living room, designed to be an entertainment space for game nights and quality time. This spacious room features a seperate living space with a queen size pullout bed, Smart TV with cable included, a card/game table, an upgraded kitchenette and the second full size bath. Off the living space is Bedroom 4 which also includes its very own Smart TV with cable included. Use the walkout basement door off the entertainment space to access your own private fenced-in backyard perfect for enojying the breeze while eating dinner on our patio table.
Guest Access:
Entry is by smart lock door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood next to park with lake, baseball field and playground making an ideal stay for families.

Summary: Beds slept great, plenty of room for a family/friends Ark trip. Loved having two different living room areas. The only recommendation would be adding a grab bar for the tub/showers for safety. There was an issue with the microwave, but they had a quick response and I don’t think they were aware of the issue before hand. Overall very clean. (And we are picky).

Summary: All of the bed are excellent and slept very good for 3 nights and love those weather. We are from Florida. Some others things need to be fixed and another than that we had a great time.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. I do wish it had one more bathroom. We loved all the parking space. The property details say there are 5 bedrooms but there are only 4. The beds are comfortable but they are on the floor which could be an issue for someone to get on and off. There were plenty of dishes and cookware and it was very clean. A few cobwebbs here and there but thats3no big deal. We would stay here again.

Summary: We had an amazing experience with Neat Suites (managers of property). Their communication, professionalism, and friendliness surpassed all experiences I have had with vacation rentals. Leading up to our stay, I peppered them with email questions that they quickly replied to. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Ideally located for us near the properties we have access to plus Walmart, Starbucks, Dunkin, and liquor stores (all needed to make the perfect family/friends trip). We do this trip every year and will be reserving this home again. Thank you!
